Solar Power and Thermal

Integrating Solar Energy for Thermal applications to replace fossil fuels in Boilers and supplementing Biomass Gasifier Technology Waste Heat Recovery process at considerable cost savings. Ideal for Cooking, Drying and Heating as we incorporate Solar Trough technology for concentrated energy recovery and higher temperature applications.

Under Implementation

1) 2.7_MW combined plant for thermal and power for Velan Hotels Limited, Tirupur, TN. 800 TR of Waste heat recovered for airconditioning of mall and multiplex.

2) 500 Kg/day Biogas Plant at Tamilnadu News Print and Papers Limited, Kagithapuram, Karur to convert Kitchen and Food Waste to energy.

3) 600 Kg/hour Gasifier to replace 3,000 Litres/day of Furnace Fuel for the Biscuit Furnace at Britania Industries Limited, Tindivanam. ROI projected < 1 year.

Import Substitution Projects

For the first time in the country developed and implemented cold expelled Castor Oil extraction technology in Palanpur, Gujarat Virgin Coconut Oil Cold extraction Plant in Sulur, Tamilnadu.
